When artists come together to create this is what we get, a twist on the traditional. Earlier this month photographer Sarah Flotard joined with collaborators Jon Birdseye (retoucher) and Suzy Bichl (food stylist) to create these sexy images of traditional Thanksgiving dishes. After all, who doesn't tire a bit when it comes to Thanksgiving dishes. The trio decided to take mash potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and of course Turkey and make them less...pilgrimy. They wanted the images to pop with personality and modernity, harkening back to the 80s when everything was slick and disco. They did it. Don't you think!
